The AAT3176 flash driver IC operates from a 2.7V to 5.5V input and provides up to 500mA of output current. The dual-mode charging pump maximizes power efficiency by supporting 1X and 2X operation and can be programmed in 16 unique steps via AnalogicTech's patented S2Cwire (Simple Serial Control) interface.
